Good morning. Our ducted heat pump in our Bellevue house is almost twenty years old, still runs, but it struggles below freezing and the backup heat strips kick in constantly, which shows up on our electric bill. Two companies told us to replace it, one said repair could buy another few years. I'm l...

Hey folks. We're about to make an offer on a house in Snohomish County that has a septic system. Our realtor says inspections are optional, but my dad, who grew up on a farm, says never buy a house with septic without one. The house is about thirty years old and the sellers say the system works fine...

Hi all. We rent a basement unit to a tenant in Seattle, and yesterday after heavy rain he called to say there's about an inch of water on the floor. Looks like the drain outside got clogged and water came under the door. The flooring is laminate over concrete, and there's drywall along the lower par...

Hey everyone. I'm finally building a new rig after six years on a GTX 1070 and I'm stuck between the RX 9070 and the RTX 5070. Prices where I live are within about 40 bucks of each other. I mostly play at 1440p, some single player stuff and a lot of Hunt and Tarkov. Every YouTube review uses differe...

Hi everyone. I'm budgeting a lease for roughly 1,000 addresses for a year and trying to compare listings. Prices are quoted per IP per month, which makes my head spin. How do you calculate total cost, and is there usually a difference between a /22 and four /24s? Any experience with what to expect i...

Hi everyone. I make short videos for social media and I'm tired of editing apps that need an account, add watermarks or upload everything to a server. I'd like a simple set of free tools in the browser for trimming, converting and compressing clips. Does anyone know a service that works on any devic...

Hi everyone. I found a shuffle casino promo code for 2026, but the page only says to register and check the current offer in the account. I do not want to assume the code provides the same reward in every country or currency. Before depositing, I need the expiry date, minimum amount, wagering rules,...

Hey everyone. My wife is eleven weeks along and we want to do something a little different for our gender reveal. Balloons and smoke cannons feel overdone, and my mother in law is already planning a giant cake. We live in Miami, about fifteen people will come, mostly family with a few kids. I'd like...

Hi everyone. I am a small SEO publisher building a first iGaming comparison site, and I am researching 1WIN Affiliate Programme before making a decision. My audience comes from search, long-form reviews, and a modest email list, so I do not want to assume every source is accepted. The public descrip...

Hey. We bought a 1950s rambler in Seattle, lots of small closed rooms. We want an open floor plan: kitchen, dining and living together. It's about 1,400 square feet, eight-foot ceilings, and right now you can't see the kids from the kitchen. We'd like it to feel bigger without adding on. Anyone open...
