What can help with low immunity during high stress periods

I have a very stressful project at work and I can feel my body starting to give up. My throat is scratchy and I am getting headaches every evening. How do you protect your health when you cannot avoid stress. Are there any natural remedies that work for staying healthy under pressure. I need something that won't make me sleepy.
